Most Buy It Now purchases,
where the buyer has not examined the item prior to making the
purchase, are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which
give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within seven
working days after the day they receive the item.
All Extend2wash goods have a 14
day return guarantee should the buyer change their mind.
If the goods are returned as
sold in original packaging a full refund will be given less £5.00
administration fee.
All pumps guaranteed for a year
including backpack and trolley pumps. These will be replaced with
new.
Exceptions. Due to the
number of buyers who think the over pressure switch is a form of
flow control the warranty excludes over pressure switches.
Backpacks and trolleys.
First 2 months. Faulty items will be replaced by new subject to the
item being returned and the fault due to a manufacturing error.
Signs of mishandling will exclude replacement, repair being offered
instead depending on the fault/damage.
2 months to 12 months. Any
faults caused by manufacturing will be repaired or replaced subject
to Extend2wash's assessment of fair wear and tear. Modification
or alteration not authorised by Extend2wash will invalidate the
warranty. |
